Personal portal at Goldman Sachs (formerly NN IP) temporarily unavailable

The portal at Goldman Sachs is closed

As announced, from mid-November until early 2026, it will unfortunately not be possible to track the development of Extra Pension Capital, Net Pension Capital or TOP Capital via the Goldman Sachs (GSAM) portal. This is due to the transfer of administration from Goldman Sachs to the pension fund. The fund will take over this task from GSAM for the first six months of 2026.

During the course of January, the portal will become available again at GSAM. From that moment, you will have access for 60 days. Then, if you feel the need, you can still download all kinds of information, such as transaction statements, for your own records.

As stated above, the fund will take over administration from the beginning of 2026 for the period until the transition to the new pension system. The target transition date is still 1 July 2026. The capital you may have accrued in the Extra Pension scheme will then be carried over to the new pension scheme. If you still have capital accrued in the Temporary Old Age Pension scheme, this capital will also be carried over to the new pension scheme.

During the coming period, all lifecycles will be converted to one lifecycle with a defensive profile. This cannot be changed thereafter. In addition, no further contributions will be possible from December onwards. Despite the fact that you no longer have access, the capital develops according to the lifecycle.

How will we keep you informed in future?
Each month, the capitals are updated in the pension records, enabling you to track what the monthly capital position has become via our pension portal. You can access this portal at www.pensioenfondstno.nl and then click on Mijn Pensioen at the top right corner. After logging in with your DigiD credentials, you can follow the development of your pension and capital in this portal.
