I have accrued pension in the past with TNO Pension fund

A pension for your partner and children will remain in place

You are no longer accruing pension with us. If you did previously accrue pension for your partner and children with us, this pension will remain in place. This means that your partner and/or children (if applicable) will receive benefits if you were to die before your retirement. Read on to find out what this means for you under the new pension scheme.

Under the new pension scheme, you are insured for a partner and orphan’s pension if you are employed by an employer and accrue pension. This means that under the new pension rules, there will be no new partner and orphan’s pension insured for you.

Have you accrued a partner and orphan’s pension under the current pension scheme?
If you have accrued a partner’s and orphan’s pension under the current pension scheme, we will convert its value into pension capital under the new pension scheme. As a result, you do not lose this pension due to the conversion. If you were to die before your retirement date, your partner and/or children are entitled to the partner and orphan’s pension accrued under the current pension scheme.
