When the new pension scheme takes effect on 1 July 2026, we will need some time to convert all pensions and data to the new systems. This means that some things will temporarily proceed differently from what you are used to from us.
No changes can be submitted in My Pension in July and August 2026
- In July and August 2026, you cannot submit changes and details (such as your e-mail address) in My Pension. You can, however, view your personal pension documents, such as annual statements and your Uniform Pension Statements (UPO).
- From 1 September 2026, you will again be able to submit changes and details by logging in to our new website. Your new personal pension documents will also be available on the new website from then on. My Pension remains available to view your old personal pension documents.
- If you nevertheless need to submit changes or data in July and August 2026 that cannot wait, do not hesitate to contact us.
